After completing the payment, participants are required to upload the proof of payment during the registration process or send it to the organizing committee as instructed.
Registration will be considered valid only after payment confirmation by the organizing committee.
- Registration fee includes one presentation. An additional charge of USD 50 applies for each extra presentation by the same presenting author.

On-site Registration
All registrations and payments received after July 9, 2026, will be considered on-site registrations and processed on-site. Only cash is accepted for on-site registration.
