- Participants requiring accommodation are kindly requested to stay at our partner hotel, Atanaya Hotel Bali.
- Participants requiring airport transfer are kindly requested to complete the Airport Transfer Request Form below this page.
Participants may stay at the conference venue for maximum convenience.
- Special rate: IDR 650,000 (USD 40) per room per night

We strongly recommend early booking to secure this special rate.
As an alternative, participants may stay at Attanaya Hotel, located near the venue.

How to Get to Venue from the Airport :
Harris Hotel Sunset Road Bali is located approximately 7–8 km from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), with an estimated travel time of 20–30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
1. By Taxi or Ride-Hailing Service
- Taxis and ride-hailing services such as Grab and Gojek are available at the airport arrival area.
- Please set your destination to “Harris Hotel Sunset Road Bali.”
2. Organizer-Provided Airport Transfer
- The ISNSC 2026 Organizing Committee will provide an airport transfer service for participants.
- Detailed information regarding booking procedures, schedules, and meeting points will be announced closer to the conference date.
- The airport transfer fee is IDR 150,000 per person OR IDR 300,000 per group (maximum 3 person)
- The transportation fee must be paid in cash directly to the driver.
3. By Rental Car
- Car rental services are available at the airport.
- From the airport, proceed toward Kuta, then continue to Sunset Road, where the hotel is conveniently located.

Participants are advised to arrange accommodation early due to limited room availability, especially at the conference venue.
